Swedish wine is evolving more and more. We have been introducing it for a few years now, but there are still not many opportunities to drink it.
That's right! So I realized now that it's only natural that I could just create a place where people can drink, so I started this bar.
This bar was decided to disappear, so I was able to start.
We have decided to leave Daikanyama, which has been our long-standing base, by August 2025. So when I thought about whether there were anything I wanted to do in Daikanyama still there, I remembered that I wanted to run the bar I wanted to go to.
Nowadays, there is Swedish wine, a treasure that is not yet known to many people, and there is also the furniture, plates and cutlery that Tonkachi is also sold, which is not too well known. I love alcohol and I love music even more. Instead of embracing them, we want time and space that can be shared like a square. A place where you can't drink alcohol or don't like wine, even if you don't like it, you can't worry about it. It's a nice place to talk or stay quiet. i want it. I'm sure you want that too.
Huh, is this Nan's guy now? The Yamanote Line running below you? Night bird? music? What sound?
I won't explain much. No shop can meet without a chance encounter. If you're able to meet us in the remaining three months, you'll be sure to be able to meet us in this space.
In addition to Swedish wine, the drinks include rare Swedish and Japanese whiskey, Swedish gin, Nara sake, Japanese beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and various special snacks, as well as analog records, cassette tapes and CDs that share music from all over the world.
To put it bluntly, this is the very end of civilization itself, and to put it in small terms, it is the center of those who want to enjoy civilization.
All our staff are waiting for you with a window with a large chimney visible.
