How to order
Please select the variation and quantity from the desired product page and add it to your cart.
Your order will not be completed unless you complete your order (adding items to your cart does not guarantee inventory).
After completing your order, we will send an order completion email to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your "spam folder" or check your order status under "Purchase History" on My Page.

As a countermeasure against spam mail from DoCoMo, au, and SoftBank, if the initial settings are set to "reject mail from PCs," or if the sender of the mail is restricted (such as domain-specific reception), the mail may be determined to be a PC mail and may not reach the recipient. Please set up reception for staff@tonkachi.co.jp.
*After completing your order, your order may be canceled due to system errors or other circumstances.
About payment
Payment methods are credit card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.
Once your order is complete, you cannot change your payment method.

About delivery
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
Shipping fee is 715 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*Shipping charges may vary for large items. Please check the "Delivery/Shipping Charges" section on each product detail page before purchasing.
Usually, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days after shipping.
Depending on your area, it may take some time.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or the status of the delivery company.
*During a high volume of orders or for some products, it may take approximately 7 to 10 business days to ship.
About consumption tax
In addition to the product price, you will be required to pay consumption tax and shipping charges.

About returns
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been placed due to the customer's convenience, or returns or exchanges after the product has been delivered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered for more than a week, or for products that are damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.
We take every possible measure to ensure the quality of the product, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact staff@tonkachi.co.jp within 7 days of delivery.
