Tonkachi Building 2 will close this Saturday, Saturday, May 31st, 2025 at 7pm. Our direct store has been closed and opened several times before, but it was usually closed with the next move being decided, so we wanted to see each other soon, but this is probably the first time we've closed the next one without a decision. That's why I feel lonely, like a permanent farewell.
This place, in particular, is a space inherited from its predecessor, the power shovel (do you know about digital hedgehogs?), and at one point they used the entire building as they pleased, making it a shame to leave a stolen experience. But there was something I wanted to think about, and I wanted to get off the big old boat and get on the boat we all built. First, the office area is light and you go out to the sea. Once you reach an island, there might be a shop there, and anyway, something new will begin.
Right now, I don't have any plans to create a shop with the same shape as before (or "mood"), so when I meet again next time, I may not be able to keep the prototype at all. But it should have become a more amusement park and a more golden place.
This is a message for those who have never been to a Tonkachi store before, or have been away for a while. We are currently in the middle of a closing sale, but in addition to regular products, we also cover artworks that are not normally eligible for discounts. One-of-a-kind art is expensive, but some can start from tens of thousands of yen. It is no exaggeration to say that art will start with the relationship after it is welcomed, so if you take this opportunity to find a favorite, please give it a ride on your boat.
The closing sale is like "Noah's Ark." Customers will come to choose a child to board their boat. Goodbye, lucky cute kids. And to everyone who is concerned about what Tonkachi does and does, I hope you will continue to be happy in the future!
Thank you for your continued support until Saturday, May 31st.
All the tonkachi
PS
Ah! The bar where you can drink Swedish wine, "kissa/bar_Nannooto?" will be open for a while on the 6th floor of the same building. This image shows how the present of Tonkachi and the essence of its predecessor, the power shovel, intersect. If you have the opportunity!

The nearby gallery, "Saw" will soon be revived (in fact, due to the fact that the store has become larger, office staff have evacuated (?) here). Of course, exhibitionsPOPUPI'm planning to put a shop in place to make it a place where Tonkachi products can be purchased. Also, all over the countryPOPUPYou should be able to meet in the shop. In other words, Tonkachi boats will continue to appear in many places. stay tuned!
