Born in a small countryside in the northeast of Scotland, Donna grew up in nature, landscapes, and warm families. Created strange figures, fun apparel, and original furniture since the first time in 2002, studied at the Royal College of Art in the United Kingdom, the world's highest art university. He expands his activities and transmits it to the world. He is currently based in London.

Wear a special knit.
Donna sweaters are characterized by colorful colors and geometric motifs inspired by Fair Isle, a traditional classic pattern that has been knitted for over 400 years in the UK. It is made of 100 % of the finest lamb wool in Scotland, and has a softer and soft touch and warmth than wool. Similarly, if you combine it with a 100 % lamb wool muffler or gloved, the coordination that no one can imitate is completed!
Creature
It is a living thing.
A mysterious creature "creature" made in a knit. It is a representative item that made her famous for making her first work. A doll that everyone had and couldn't let go when he was a child. Donna is the one who makes it without forgetting to forget it when you grow up. So, as soon as we see Donna's creatures, we feel the joy and nostalgia of finding something lost. Donna calls them "friends." All creatures are made by hand. The fact that there is no one in size and facial expressions is the sign of life.

Donna, who lived in rural farms when he was a child, still loves to interact with nature. I feel life and earth in the products she creates because she always has "nature" in her. Her "cushion", which has a variety of colors and shapes, gives an organic accent to the interior and blends in the moment when placed there, such as surprisingly long logs, elongated trees, and acorns. Unique items that seem to be fun to have home time will accent our lives itself. Also pay attention to Donna's unique textile design, saying that he likes to enjoy lamb wool in a combination of unusual colors.

It is a knit item that is indispensable for winter using natural "more thread" created from Scotland's finest lamb wool. For Dona from Scotland, it is like a mission to make use of a familiar high -quality knit in his own product. The feel of lamb wool, which is softer and fluffy than wool, is light and very warm. If her magic is hung there, a knit that will pop. It is recommended to try a vivid color scheme unique to her as a fashion accessories. It is wonderful to coordinate with an extraordinary cute kids item.

Starting by making natural "more thread" from lamb wool, a sample is created based on the design designed by Donna in a computer program. Then make a color match, knit the knit with a knitting machine, and sew it. Some products are asked to the factory because of the large number, but the knit, which is the source of the creature, is still woven in this studio.
All processes, from washing, ironing, cutting, cutting, and stuffing, are handled by women working in this studio, so the creature's eyes, nose embroidery, and sewing are also visible and hidden. Looking at the finished work, you can see who sewed it!

Donna's world view
Donna's work inspired by the nature and scenery of Scotland, his hometown is always life. The words "nature" and "eco" that have always existed in her seem to tell us something important through her product.
The beginning of Donna and tonkachi
The representative of Tonkachi did not know that he would work with Donna 10 years later, but had a dona koala stuffed toy "Wilver -kun" and was healed without permission. When I first talked to Dona, Donna was very happy to ask, "Where did you buy it?"
Eventually, after working with Dona, Donna sent me a business material that summarizes her activities so far. As expected, it is a little nervous material that is unique to an artist with a career. Beside it, Wilbar -kun stood properly. That is this photo.
First, I like it from here, the other person turns around, and the love of all the "business" begins. But business tends to forget that it started in love. But if you look at this Wilbar -kun, you won't forget your love. That way, my work with Dona began.
Wilbar is not produced now, but I wish I could introduce it someday.
