Notice of lottery results from 12:00 on Thursday, March 13th

[How to apply]
Please enter a valid email address, name, and phone number using the application form and send it.

*Cancellations are not possible once applications have been completed.
*If there is any defect in the content, you will not be eligible for the lottery.
*Please be careful not to enter your email address incorrectly.
*Applicants are valid only once per person. Duplicate applications will be invalidated.
*Purchases made during the first pre-order sale will not be permitted to apply for the lottery.
*We cannot accept any applications after the lottery application period has passed.


[How to confirm application completion]
Once you submit the application form for the lottery sale, your response will be sent to the email address you entered. Once you receive this email, we will be accepting your order.

*If you do not receive the email, the acceptance may not be completed or your email address may be incorrect.
*Please set it to allow emails to be received from "google.com".
*Due to the spam prevention function, emails may not appear in your incoming folder. Please also check your spam folder and other folders.


[Lottery Results]
The lottery results will be sent to all customers who apply by email between Thursday, March 13th and Friday, March 14th.

*Purchase cancellations and application details cannot be changed after winning.
*If you are using domain-specific reception, please allow us to receive emails from staff@tonkachi.co.jp.
*Due to the spam prevention function, emails may not appear in your incoming folder. Emails may be allocated to the spam folder (in the case of Gmail, the "Promotion Folder"), so please check each one.
*If we are unable to send an email due to incomplete email address you registered, our winning may be invalidated.
*We cannot accept inquiries regarding lottery results.
* Winning rights cannot be exchanged or transferred to others.


[Payment]
Winners will be contacted by a page link for purchase when they are notified of their winnings.
Please complete your payment by 5:00pm on Friday, March 21st via the link in the email.

*In addition to the product price, shipping costs (715 yen (tax included) nationwide) will be charged separately.
*If payment is not made by the deadline, your winning right will be invalidated.

*Available payment methods: Credit card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal
*After your order is completed, payment methods cannot be changed.
*Credit cards available: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX
*We cannot cancel purchases, cancel payments, or refunds due to customer's convenience.


[Delivery information]
Products are scheduled to be shipped from late March.
We will send you an email with notification after shipping is complete.

*You cannot specify the delivery date and time, delivery method, or delivery company.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather and logistics conditions.
*If the product cannot be delivered due to the unknown address or relocation location of the winner, or due to long-term absence, the winning will be invalidated.


[Other points to note]
・Applying can only be accepted via the form. We do not accept lottery tickets, emails, or by telephone or email.
-Due to circumstances, the lottery results notification and shipping schedule may change.
- We cannot accept inquiries regarding lottery results.
-The personal information you enter when applying will not be used for any purpose other than contacting you when you win or confirming the product when redeeming it. Information will be discarded once it is finished.
