[About Wine]
A fresh and aromatic sparkling wine. The grape varieties that are mainly used are Donaurie Sling, Sviniere Gris and Muscalis. Harvest took place between the end of September and the first half of October. The wine is made using a traditional method, and after secondary fermentation in the bottle, it aged with fine lees for 18 months.
"Josefinelust" refers to an observation deck overlooking the Swedish coastal Kategat Strait and Skeldaviken Bay. It is said to be the most beautiful place on Cape Claveri.
◉Taste
It has a fruity, refreshing, and effervescent aftertaste. It is an elegant and rich drink with the aromas of grapefruit, red apple, brioche and hazelnuts.

It goes well with seasonal vegetables, seafood and caviar, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. The temperature at the time of drinking is 8-10°C.
