Clémentine de Chabaneix(Clémentine de Chabaneix)
Clémentine de Chabaneixwas born in 1972 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, a suburb of Paris. Her parents are actors, and her grandparents are world-renowned sculptors Claude Lalanne and François-Xavier Lalanne. She began her career in theater, then studied drawing, painting, and sculpture before switching to ceramics. While inheriting the techniques inherited from his grandmother, Claude Lalanne, he has developed his own unique method of expression. ``Her works are full of evocations, like dreams that cannot be recorded, like memories before birth that cannot be reproduced. They are always close to the fragility of human existence.Clémentine's works continue to shake viewers, reminding them of the senseless joy and fear they felt as children.''
