Legendary picture book writer, M.B. Goffstein. In 1966, her first picture book "That child!" (Original title: GATS!). After 50 years, the long -awaited Japanese version will be published for the first time. It is the biggest respect for the children to not easily descend from the children's eyes. M.B. Goffstein, a solitary picture book writer who believed. Where do we come and go? What is true happiness? Will we be happy someday? Here are all the roots of the theme she worked on for her life. The world of life and illusions that borrowed the form of a spiritual and philosophical story, a child book. And this "cute, irresistible" simple line. Feel the absolute love poured into the plane.

[About the product]
The Japanese version this time, inheriting Goffstein's will, who hated following the same thing, reconsidered from zero. The format has been changed to a vertical type and the size has been increased (A4 deformation: W178 x H297mm).

* In addition to the normal Japanese version of "that child!", There is also a limited box set that includes the original reprint (English).

[About Japanese version]
● About the story
From the other side of the sand, those children come in search of their own rest. Cheerfully, cheerful, lively, those children come. Look at them! It's different from us, but they are similar to us.

● About design
The cover of the original version of the cover is drawn only the leaves, but in the Japanese version, the leader child dances lightly with the leaves. Goffstein didn't like to follow the same thing, so the cover of the box and the cover of the Japanese version were subtly changed. In this book, I thought that green leaves were the key to the key. (Designer: Sasaki)

● About translation
There are several places where I chose this word. We put what we want to do now in this book. Her book absorbs such thoughts like a sponge, and loosens like the wind. Her words, "You should overtake your place where you can't reach," has been encouraged by her words. (Tonkachi)

● From the production staff
The original title GATS! Is a coined word of Goffstein, and we were in trouble and the title "Those kids!" This is her first picture book. Feel the 26 -year -old girlfriend and what has given us to us, as if you could hear her heartbeat. She says, "Books have to go out to the world. Please give them well." Did we convey it properly?
