A full-bodied, dry white wine made from the best grapes.
The variety used is primarily Solaris, with small amounts of Souvinière Gris and Muscaris. It was harvested at its peak in October. After fermenting gradually in steel tanks and barriques, the wines are blended to create a multi-layered wine with a variety of nuances. The wine was then aged for 10 months on fine lees, with weekly batonnages (stirring of the lees) to achieve perfect harmony.
"Immelen" refers to the stonework near their vineyards, the forest around the fields, and the area from which the site overlooks the surrounding nature reserve and the sea. The surroundings of their vineyards are lush and beautiful, making them ideal for growing grapes.
[About etiquette design]
Kullabergs Vingård（Kullabergs Vingård)'s etiquette (label) was designed by Paulina, the wife of the winery owner couple. Paulina, who is also an architect, is very sensitive to the harmony between nature and man-made objects. He carefully captures the surrounding environment and its changes, such as the nearby fields, sea, cliffs, old buildings and new wineries that are the basis of his expression, and creates a design that harmonizes with the landscape of Skåne in southern Sweden.
She is also involved in the design of the winery building, and even though the motifs and colors change, the flexibility, consistency, and planning that make it immediately recognizable as ``Claveris wine'' give the entire wine a special image.
◉Taste
The nose is lively, with long, fresh and harmonious flavors ranging from cassis, pineapple, passion fruit, plum and red apple to lime blossom and hazelnut.
◉Pairing dishes
It goes well with not only seafood but also various types of meat dishes. The best drinking temperature is 12-14°C.
