[About the product]
Marianne Harberg x Seto -yaki Rores Series
Marianne fans' long -awaited "Rose" has been newly added to the collaboration between Marianne Harberg and Seto -yaki.
Her work has been released in collaboration with Seto ware so far, but this is a completely new Seto -yaki work without her original work. Based on her masterpiece "Flower Base" in Marianne, she created a rose pattern, her favorite motif. With the image of a flat three -dimensional, we incorporate durability that is easy to use everyday. It is about 16 cm high, can be born in a small bouquet, and is a size that is not troubled by the location. The bottom is engraved with "TONKACHI / MADE IN JAPAN".

[Design]
Fp1"Flower pattern kabin", FP2"Check kabin"Following, another favorite "rose" pattern was created. "Rose" became her favorite because the wrapping paper of the flower shop in Marianne was a rose pattern, and since then her original work (Marianne itself has finished all the processes, so -called "as it is". It is a design that often appears in both the work that was dwelling and the Seto Yaki collaboration work.

* This product does not have a box.
* "FP" described in the product name means "Flower Power". It is one of "Marianne Word" that her birthplace was a florist, she has always been in her work and words. The flowers are not weak. Flowers are a symbol of strength. Her claim is included.

[About Rose]
It was a long time ago that I started drawing roses. There was a wrapping paper in a florist run by her father, and the pink rose pattern was wonderful on a bright yellow paper. I love it, and I drew it as a pottery motif. The roses are also complicated and difficult, so I drew them in various ways and arrived at the simple rose now. (Marianne talk)

[About Marianne's Seto ware collaboration]
Her original work (Marianne itself has finished all the processes, so -called "as it is") is attractive because of the hand -painted line, and a slightly distorted molding and thinness. However, it was also true that I couldn't make a lot at once because of my handmade, and I couldn't deliver it widely to everyone. Therefore, it was the pottery of Seto -yaki, Aichi Prefecture, which continued since the Taisho era, searching for mass production after leaving the original goodness as much as possible.
Under the supervision of Marianne himself, we have reviewed the manufacturing process with Zero, with the Seto -ya Kodo in Japan, so that she can provide affordable prices and durability while leaving her original goodness as much as possible. Marianne trusts the pottery of Seto ware, and every time she sees her new work, she praised her, saying, "I can't say anything." The edge is handwritten by a craftsman and a blue line is applied, and the print part is hand -handed by hand. It is a product that can no longer be said to be mass -produced, hassle, time and love.

[From the staff]
Marianne loves pink. She talked about roses when Rose's product came out, and she liked the pale pink rose with yellowish. I also want to decorate a light pink rose. The word "flower power" seems to be somehow magical and I really like it.
