A full-bodied, dry white wine made from the best grapes. He won a gold medal at AWC, one of the world's largest and most prestigious wine awards.
The varieties used are mainly Solaris, and also contain small amounts of Sviniere Gris and Muscalis. It was harvested at the peak of October. After being fermented little by little in steel tanks and baric (Otaru), the blend is aimed at multi-layered wines with a variety of nuances. After that, the mixture was aged with fine lees for 10 months, and was subjected to batonage (a process of stirring the lees) every week to achieve perfect harmony.
"Immelen" refers to the masonry near their vineyards and the forests around the fields, as well as areas overlooking the surrounding nature reserves and the ocean. The vineyards are rich in nature and beautiful, and are ideal for growing vines.

The aroma is lively, with a long, fresh, harmonious flavour that lasts for a long time, fresh and harmonious taste, ranging from blackcurrants, pineapple, passionfruit, plum and red apples to lime flowers and hazelnuts.
