"I wondered what the neighbor was doing."
"I and my neighbor" (original title: NEIGHBORS) is a masterpiece published by Goffstein in 1979. Although it has been out of print in Japan for a long time, it will be published in a new version and new translation by Tonkachi Books.
A new "neighbor" has arrived at my immediate house.
I was worried about my neighbor, and I was worried.
It is the story of me and my neighbor, who takes time to take time from autumn to summer.
“It was really nice to be next to me”
[About this book]
M.B. Gofstein's "NEIGHBORS", published in the United States in 1979, was out of print after the Japanese version was published in 1989 under the title "Oyanari -san" (translated by Shuntaro Tanikawa).
This time, we have renewed a new translation and new binding with a new title "I and my neighbor" from Tonkachi Books. We have two types: a limited BOX set "Me and Neighbor" BOX set, which is a set of specially -binding books and piles with special clothing, a special binding version of a regular picture book.
[Design]
This time, I changed the cover specifications between normal picture books sold alone and picture books for BOX set. Normal picture books are foiled on a hard cover (paper cross), and the book of the BOX set version is finished with foil stamping on the cover.
Although the contents of the picture book are the same, it is designed to enjoy the difference between the two materials.
