・About Marianne's Vessel SeriesI looked for the right distortion so that I could reproduce the traces of Marianne's handwork. When you compare it to a regular rounded bowl, the difference can be immediately conveyed through your palm and fingertips. The edges and edges are decorated with minimal decorations, with Marianne Blue lines added to the edges. When viewed from above, this circle looks like a moon, but this vessel series means a blank space with its mouth open, and it honestly accepts and enhances what you eat, bringing it to your stomach.
[About Marianne's seto series]
Seto ware is a traditional ceramic made in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, and has long been familiar with people's lives and has been incorporated into a variety of utensils and ceramics. As it has become exported to many overseas countries, it is widely known as a representative traditional craft that brings out the appeal of "made in Japan" to the world.
The "seto series" is a series that was supervised by Marianne herself, and was completed by reviewing the manufacturing process from scratch along with a Japanese workshop to provide affordable prices and durability while still retaining the quality of her originality. The kiln that will become our ideal partners with Tonkachi and Marianne is one of the most representative kilns of Seto ware, which has been around since the Taisho period.
