[About the product]
Marianne Hallberg"Bucket" is a motif that I love. This popular item that first appeared as a Seto ware flower pot has been reborn at the Ureshino Hizen Yoshida ware pottery. At firstAlthough it was created as a “cup,” it has many other uses besides cups! It has become an item that can be used in any way, just like a real bucket.
The bucket itself can be used as a 160ml free cup (approx. 260ml when full). The lid is not only useful as a cover to prevent dust, but it can also be used as a saucer when placed under it, or as a bean platter when used separately. (*The lid is not airtight.)
Marianne: If the bucket of teacup could say one thing, what would it say? When I asked, the answer I got was,
“A bucket for everyone!”
No matter where you go in the world, there's a bucket. And there's always a similar bucket. Buckets can be used for potted plants and all sorts of things. A practical and simple existence. Everyone, in your life, you need your bucket. He gave me such powerful and loving words.

[Design included]
``Wouldn't it be interesting if this flowerpot were a cup?'' - This project began with a casual conversation. By creating 3D scans of Marianne's one-of-a-kind pieces, we expressed the ``fluctuation'' and ``distortion'' that are unique to handmade products in the material of porcelain.Additionally, when creating this cup, Marianne drew a new illustration for the lid handle. It has a special design that shows her sense of fun in every detail.

[Comments from staff]
When the staff tried using it, they were impressed by how deep it is, as the name suggests, like a bucket.
At the table: As a cafe au lait bowl, soup, or yogurt bowl. Not only can you enjoy tea as a teacup or cup, but you can also quickly transform it into a stylish bagna cauda set by standing up vegetable sticks and pouring sauce into the lid.
At your desk or studio: Not only can it be used as a candy holder or pen holder, but it can also be used as a ``brush wash'' and the lid can be used as a ``palette.''
Comfortable feeling: The edges are slightly slanted, so the drink flows surprisingly quickly into your mouth. It was a pleasant discovery that the surface has a unique unevenness, which makes it non-slip and fits comfortably in your hand.
Although the parts are separated, the simple shape makes it quick and easy to clean. It is a ``free-to-use'' item that can be used anywhere in the house every day.
*As each item is finished by hand by a craftsman, there may be individual differences in the way the glaze is applied, how it bleeds, and the shade of the color.
