How to exercise your right of withdrawal To withdraw from your contract, please contact us using the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return

Return shipping You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refund Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
