[About the product]
Marianne Hallberg× Set of Seto ware vase and plate. Marianne wants to make a vase in the spring. It looks like the vase is on the table, but if you look closely, the vase is just on a flat plate. The rhetoric of Marianne -like love and humor that doesn't seem to be on the table, but not. I don't feel bad to be deceived.

[FP flower power]
"FP" on the vase is "Flower Power". It is a symbol of peace movements and countercultures from the 1960s to the 1970s, against the backdrop of the Vietnam War. The slogan "not a weapon, but a flower," was used as a symbol of peaceful resistance to violence and war, and as a symbol of non -violence. In "Marianne Word", the flowers are not weak. Flowers are a symbol of strength. Her claim is included.
There was a photo of the flower into the bayonet in the demonstration of the anti -Vietnamese war. It's a hippie -like idea that opposes the violence power with a soft and peaceful power. I don't think the slogan of the Love & Peace era is still old. I still believe it and I think it's important for the present era.
About "Flower Power" from Marianne
[Design]
Both the floral pattern and the check are a typical pattern of Marianne. I use Marianne's handwritten design as it is. You can also enjoy other works of Marianne on the pedestal.
[About Marianne's Seto ware collaboration]
Her original work (Marianne itself has finished all the processes, so -called "as it is") is attractive to hand -painted lines, and a little distorted molding and thinness. However, it was also true that I couldn't make a lot at once because of the handmade, and I couldn't deliver it widely to everyone. Therefore, it was the pottery of Seto -yaki, Aichi Prefecture, which continued since the Taisho era, searching for mass production after leaving the original goodness as much as possible.
Under the supervision of Marianne himself, we have reviewed the manufacturing process with Zero, with the Seto -ya Kodo in Japan, so that she can provide affordable prices and durability while leaving her original goodness as much as possible. Marianne trusts Seto -yaki's pottery, and every time she sees a new work, she praised, "I can't say anything." The edge is handwritten by a craftsman and a blue line is applied, and the print part is hand -handed by hand. It is a product that can no longer be said to be mass -produced, hassle, time and love.
[From the planner]
It became the largest vase in the SETO series. Because the mouth of the vase is wide, you can decorate the bouquet as it is. Decorating the flowers seems a little difficult, but it will be nice to decorate a tall flower with a single wheel. The Marianne vase looks nice no matter how you put it in, so you can challenge without hesitation.
