One day in the 1950s, Lisa visited Japan and met the pottery of Hamada Shoji, a national treasure, and she was fascinated by Mashiko ware. Since then, I want to make Mashiko ware's work someday! Lisa dreamed. Her wishes came true after more than 60 years.
This is a flat dish of Mashiko -yaki that Lisa wanted to make and a lion collaborated. The 5.5 -inch dish is a size that often comes on a table, such as putting sweets, bread and snacks as a pick -up dish. Let me play an active part every day!

[What is Mashiko ware]
A pottery that produces around Mashiko -cho, Haga -gun, Tochigi Prefecture. Mashiko is said to be a modern pottery mecca. In 1924, Shoji Hamada settled and built a pottery kiln, attracting attention not only in Japan but also in the world's pottery world. Since stone powder and old iron powder are glazed and colored with dog brushes, it is characterized by its heavy hue and a sloppy feel.
