The explanation of the person who was watching "My Lisa Larson" sideways
I am a boss of their previous job in Tonkachi, and are also involved in Lisa's rise in Japan. Now he is looking at their work at a distance, so to speak, the closest bystander. Since I was involved in this project, I will explain this exhibition from the bystander's perspective.
The exhibition will be held in a hurry after postponing the exhibition scheduled for the next time after Lisa Larson died on March 11, 2024. The title was "My Lisa Larson" from the beginning, and that's the only one. Who is "I" in "My"? If you think about it normally, Sasaki and Katsuki, who have been working with Lisa from the start of a company called Tonkachi, will be "I". But I assumed here, not so, I don't identify it. In other words, "you" and me and "that" are "me".
It can be said that the latter half of Lisa's life was the era of "Lisa Lyson in Japan" and her led. But this is not simple, but complex elements are intertwined. First of all, a mysterious relationship built by Sasaki of Tonkachi with Lisa. I was watching nearby, but it was a different relationship between the business partner, the relationship between a celebrity and a fan, and her mother and daughter. I don't know what to say, but I think the worst is that Lisa was watching Sasaki and Tonkachi (at the time, although it was a power shovel) with her strong "compassion". Since this "compassion" was a basis for relation, we were able to make up the ideas at ease. It should have been a job, but the job element could not be motivated.
The relationship between Lisa and her husband, Gunnal, was unique. Gunnal was always a lisa mentor, but if that Gunnal was negative against our offer, Lisa would never have worked. For Lisa, she acknowledged that she needed this job. I don't know why, but I guess Gunnal was a "compassion" for Lisa.
And she accepted me what we tried to do, but rather enjoyed it. That wrapped us in a bright atmosphere. So until now, I was able to work with my consciousness of work. I don't think we could do a job that was not. With the intertwining of these three elements, the world of Lisa was expanded, and Lisa Larson of Japan was born.
This exhibition is an exhibition that visualizes it. The relationship between Lisa and Sasaki, the relationship between Lisa and Gunnal, the ideas that Lisa enjoyed thinking about Tonkachi, and those that Lisa embodied with her hands. These elements are intertwined.
In fact, the relationship with one artist develops like this. The finished work is always for the writer, and others are bystanders like me. But Lisa Larson of Japan was not. This is the result of various chemical reactions, and every character thinks this is your work, one of your history. So this memorial exhibition is nothing but "My Lisa Larson". And this is my "Lisa Lason" as a possibility.
