About Lisa Larson
Proofile
Swedish potter. She is now 92 years old. After graduating from college, she joined Gustavsberg, the largest pottery production company in Sweden. She created her work, including the animal series, and she became popular as Sweden's leading pottery designer. After leaving the company in 1979, she was active as a free designer, and she established Keramik Studion in 1992. Her simple, warm and expressive pottery is loved by many fans not only in Sweden and Japan, but also around the world.
Natural body production activities
"When I visited Lisa's summer house, I saw Lisa working at a small desk on the second floor. Gentle light from the window and gently wrapped a small cat in my hand, gently wrapping pottery. The scene was very calm and gentle.
Lisa as a leader in collaboration
Lisa is different from other writers that can design pottery in consideration of mass production methods so that craftsmen make it easier for craftsmen. I am proud. She knew about the manufacturing process of pottery because Lisa was a signboard artist of Gustavsberg, which built the golden age of Swedish pottery.
